Obituary

Worcester - Edward G. Kemp, 74, passed away Thursday, October 18, 2012. He leaves his wife of 26 years, Carol L. (Westberg) Kemp; his children, Helga Irene Kemp, Edward S. Kemp, Dawn M. Crawford and her fiancé David Sampson, Theresa Abruzzise and her husband Steven, and Walter Crawford and his wife Sue. He also leaves his sister Virginia Padula and her husband Pat, 6 grandchildren: Mariah, Melania, Lorenzo, Jordan, Rebecca, and Nicholas; a great-grandson, Bentley; and nieces & nephews. He was born in Marlborough, son of Edward and Myrna (Morris) Kemp. He was a graduate of Boys Trade and retired from the City of Worcester DPW where he worked as a mechanic and foreman. Ed enjoyed watching movies, gardening, and traveling and vacationing in Maine.

Funeral services and burial in Notre Dame Cemetery will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Edward may be made to the Activities Department at Life Care Center of Auburn, 14 Masonic Circle, Auburn MA 01501.
