Edeltraude J. Berg

Sutton—Edeltraude J. (Cerny) Berg, 82, of 32 Colonial Road, a homemaker, died Tuesday, February 11, at home.

She leaves a son, Richard C. Berg, of Urbana, Illinois. Her husband of 64 years, Curt W. Berg, died in November. Two brothers, Karl (her twin) and Hans Cerny predeceased her.

She was born in Czechoslovakia, daughter of Karl J. and Marie J. (Covar) Cerny. She graduated from South High School, Worcester.

Mrs. Berg was a member of Zion Lutheran Church and a former member of Concordia Lutheran Church.

The memorial service will be held at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 22, in Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln St., Worcester. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Zion Lutheran Scholarship Fund, 41 Whitmarsh Ave., Worcester, MA 01606.
