Obituary

Drew E. Dykstar, 52, passed away on Friday, January 5, 2024 in UMASS Memorial Medical Center University Campus following an illness. He leaves his father Morgan E. Dykstar; a sister Dawn Aloisio and her husband Gregory of RI; nephews Christopher Carter, Michael Ayotte, Stephen Carter; niece Alyssa Aloisio; great niece Landry Carter, great nephew Stanley Carter, and aunt Bonnie Rogers.

Drew was born in Worcester, son of Morgan and Barbara (Nilson) Dykstar. He graduated from Mercy Center School in Worcester and worked as a grocery clerk at several local grocery stores over the years. He was a member of St. Michaels on the Heights Church and enjoyed swimming, playing video games, wrestling, animals, and watching 1970's movies.

A Memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2024 at 1;00 p.m. at All Saints Church, 10 Irving Street Worcester. Nordgren Memorial Chapel 300 Lincoln St. Worcester, MA 01605 is assisting the family with arrangements. In lieu of flowers, donations in Drew's memory may be made to the Seven Hills Foundation.
