Obituary

Dorothy W. (Wind) Storms, 95, of Shrewsbury Crossings, formerly of Pleasant Valley Drive, Worcester, died Sunday, July 13, in the Judith House.

Her husband of many years, Alfred P. Storms, died in 1977. She leaves three daughters, Muriel E. Olson of Auburn, Joyce E. Brown of Worcester and Judith A. Kraft of Webster; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Two brothers and two sisters predeceased her. She was born in Riverdale, Ill., daughter of Rev. Henry and Agnes (Bueniger) Wind. She attended Chicago University.

Mrs. Storms worked as a secretary for many years at various companies, including Talman and Johnson Insurance Co. She was a 75-year member of Concordia Lutheran Church, and the 3Fs of Greendale Peoples Church. She was an accomplished pianist of classical music and an expert seamstress.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, July 16, in Concordia Lutheran Church, 86 Murray Ave., Worcester. Burial was in All Faiths Cemetery, Worcester.
