Obituary

Dorothy Stoddard Northway, 94, died April 19, 2012. Her husband of 37 years, Paul E. Northway died in 1978. She leaves a daughter Joyce Reed and husband Clifford of IN, son Paul E. Northway II and wife Robin of Oakham, and many grandchildren, nieces, & nephews. Her sisters Bertha Fornier and Ruth Stoddard preceded her in death. Born in Greenfield, she was a daughter of Laura (Hill) and Bert Stoddard. She was the granddaughter of the late Rev. D. W. Stoddard. She lived in Greenfield and Bernardston until moving to Worcester in 1955. She and her husband owned and operated Northway Associates, Realtors for over 20 years. She belonged to many local, state, and national realty groups, including the Greater Worcester Board of Realtors and also served on the Board of the Worcester Historical Society.

A funeral service will be held at First Baptist Church, 111 Park Ave., at 11:00 a.m. Tues., April 24. Following the service, burial will be in the Center Cemetery, Bernardston, MA. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Worcester Animal Rescue League, 139 Holden St Worcester MA 01606.
