Obituary

Worcester: Daisyvelis Mendez, 34, passed away unexpectedly at home on July 5, 2023. She leaves 3 sons- David, Nathaniel, and Vincent; her parents- Daisy Velez and Dagoberto Mendez: 2 grandmothers; 3 brothers- Ezquiel Mendez and his wife Lauren, Alex Mendez and his wife Jasmine, and Nicholas Mendez; 2 nieces; 2 nephews; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Daisyvelis was born in Worcester and graduated high school. She worked as a personal nursing assistant for several years. She enjoyed dancing, singing Karaoke, playing dominoes and board games, and being the "life of the party". She enjoyed spending time with family and friends most of all.
