Concepcion Gracia, 102, passed away on Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at home surrounded by her loving family.
Calling hours will be held on Monday, December 21, 2015 from 9-11 a.m. in Nordgren Funeral Home 300 Lincoln St. Worcester. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Notre Dame Cemetery.
