Obituary

Worcester - Charlotte E. (Floto) Welch, 99, passed away peacefully on Thursday, Feb. 16, 2012, at the Christopher House. She leaves nieces, Nancy Matthews of Midlothian, VA and Barbara Truelson of Shrewsbury. A graveside service will be held at Hope Cemetery at 12 Noon on Wednesday, Feb. 22. Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln St. is directing arrangements. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Saint Michael's-on-the-Heights, 340 Burncoat St., Worcester MA 01606.
