Obituary

Charles O. Hamilton, 71, died Tuesday, May 10, 2005. His wife, Beatrice A. (Benoit) Hamilton, died in 1999. He leaves 3 sons, Charles Hamilton, Jr., of MD, Rick Hamilton of NC, and Sean Hamilton of Worcester; a brother, Kenneth Hamilton of CT; a sister, Patty Matthews of WA; 2 grandchildren, Christina and Sean Hamilton; and 2 great-grandchildren.

He was born in CT, son of Floyd N. and Mildred (Vickers) Hamilton. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War, a member of Aleppo Shriners, and the Nipmuc Indian Council.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 13, in Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln Street. A calling hour will be held at 8:30 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 9:30 a.m. Burial will be private.
