Carolyn R. Richardson, 90
Shrewsbury - Carolyn R. (Davis) Richardson, 90, passed away suddenly on July 15, 2010. Her husband of 47 years, Shirley S. Richardson, passed away in 1988. She leaves a son, Stephen W. Richardson and his wife Diane of Millbury (Stephen is a supervisor at Central MA Processing and Distribution Center); a daughter, Sandra S. Richardson Szocik and her husband Walter of Preston, CT; four grandchildren, Sandra Carolyn Morton and her husband Steven of NV, Walter R. Szocik, Jr., and his wife Jewelly of CT; Heather L. Richardson of MA, and David J. Richardson and his wife Tiffany of TX; six great-grandchildren, Elizabeth, Alex, Rebecca Sue, Carly, Luke, and Liam. She was predeceased by a grandson, Marc C. Richardson. Carolyn was born in Portland, ME, daughter of Charles A. and Grace M. (Edwards) Davis. She graduated from Deering High School in Maine and Colby Junior College in NH. She was a member of the Colby Junior College Club and enjoyed crafts, knitting, and gardening.
