Obituary

Worcester—Carola L. (Jepson) Carlson, 92, went home to be with the Lord Sunday, March 25, 2007. Her husband, Hugo W. Carlson, passed away in 1997. She leaves her daughter Linda Forsman and her husband Wesson of Worcester; her brother Floyd Jepson of Maine; 7 grandchildren, Pamela Mead, Mark Forsman, Jeffrey Forsman, Melissa MacWade, Amy Fleisher Risedorf, Heidi Colangelo, and Laura Fleisher; 10 great grandchildren; 2 nieces; and 2 nephews. She was predeceased by her daughter, Laurie M. Meader in 1999. She was born in New Sweden, Maine, daughter of A. Otto and Hilma (Lundeen) Jepson. Carola was a secretary at Memorial Hospital. She was a member of Belmont Street Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be held at NORDGREN MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 300 Lincoln Street Weds., 3/28, at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in All Faiths Cemetery. Calling hours will be held at the funeral home Tuesday, 3/27 from 5-8 p.m. and Weds., 3/28, at 10:00 a.m. Please omit flowers; donations may be made to the Memorial Fund of Belmont Street Baptist Church, 25 Belmont Street, Worcester MA 01605 or the VNA Care Hospice, Development Office, 120 Thomas St., Worcester MA 01608.
