Obituary

North Brookfield—Carlene G. (Ericson) Horne, 65, died Wednesday, March 2, 2005, at Saint Vincent Hospital, Worcester. She leaves her husband of 45 years, Donald W. Horne; 2 daughters, Lauri Cronenberger of South Carolina and Sharon Pugsley of Northboro; and 5 grandchildren.

She was born in Worcester, daughter of Carl V. and Helen (Johnson) Ericson. She was a life-long, active member of Salem Covenant Church in Worcester where she was a member of the Covenant Women's Group and the Membership Care Committee. Carlene enjoyed painting, sewing, quilting, and other crafts. She also volunteered with the Girl Scouts for many years. Carlene and her family lived in Westborough for 29 years until moving to North Brookfield in 1988.

The funeral service will be held at 4 pm, with calling hours from 2-4, on Sunday, March 6, in Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln St., Worcester. Flowers may be sent or donations may be made to Salem Covenant Church, Memorial Fund, 215 E. Mountain St. Worcester MA 01606.
