Obituary

Worcester, Bernice C. Barth, 72, of Andrews Ave, died Wednesday, January 8, in the Odd Fellows Home.

She leaves a son, Steve R. Kangas, of Worcester and a daughter, Bernice G. Irwin, of Leicester, a grandson,Michael Kangas, of Leominster, whom she raised, and 2 other grandchildren. A daughter, Rosemary B. Kangas, died in 1983. 6 Brothers and 6 Sisters predeceased her. She was born in Groton, daughter of John and Maude (Howe) Sullivan.

Ms Barth enjoyed Reading and Walking.

A graveside service will be held Monday, January, 13, at 11:00 am in Hope Cemetery. Calling hours will be held Sunday, January 12, from 6-8 pm in Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln St. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Odd Fellows Home, 104 Randolph Road, Worcester, MA 01606.
