Obituary

Beatrice Thoren Forsberg, 96, formerly of Hycrest Drive, died Saturday, April 30, 2005, at Knollwood Nursing Home. She was the wife of the late Sven Evan Thoren and Frank Forsberg. She is survived by her sister, Eunice Webber of Cary, NC; her daughter, Linda Lemaire of Hudson, NH; and her son, Daniel Thoren of Egg Harbor, NJ. She was the loving grandmother of 5 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

Beatrice was born in Worcester, daughter of Frank and Myrtis (Williamson) Putnam. She was a graduate of David Hale Fanning Trade School as an LPN, a member of United Congregational Church and its Women's Fellowship, and she enjoyed many summers in Marion, MA with her family.

A graveside funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, May 7, in Mount Vernon Cemetery, Church St., West Boylston. A memorial service will be held following burial at 11:00 a.m., in United Congregational Church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to United Congregational Church, 6 Institute Road, Worcester MA 01609. Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln Street is directing arrangements
