Obituary

E. Providence, RI: Barbara B. (Baird) Pearson, 97, passed away on Monday, July 13, 2020 in Linn Healthcare Center. She leaves her daughter Susan Davis and her husband Stan of Providence, RI; a grandson Joshua Pearson Davis; a granddaughter- Emily R. Davis and her spouse April; a great- granddaughter Yonah; and 2 nephews Bob and Ron Lawson of Worcester. She was predeceased by her husband of 41 years Charles Mead Pearson and by a sister Margaret Lawson.

Barbara was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Robert and Mary (Scott) Baird. She graduated from High School in 1941 and Business School soon thereafter. She dedicated her life to being a devoted wife and mother. She was an active member of the former Adams Square Congregational Church in Worcester and the Greenwood Presbyterian Church in Warwick, RI. She will be remembered as a very social and kind person with a wonderful sense of humor.
