Worcester - Chase Andy Lee-Grandmaison, 3-month infant, passed away with this family at his side Saturday, May 21, 2016 in the UMass Memorial Medical Center. He will be greatly missed by his adoring parents Chazmine M. Lee and Andrew Grandmaison and his twin brother Adonis Chaz, grandmother Sonia Summers,


Services will be held in the Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln Street on Wednesday, May 25, 2016. A calling hour will be held at 11:00 am followed by the funeral service at 12 Noon. Burial will be private. Memorial donations may be made to the NICU at UMass Memorial Medical Center, 119 Belmont Street, Worcester MA 01605.
