Obituary

Worcester—Augusta T. (Angermann) Wilke, 96, formerly of Glendale St., died peacefully on Monday, April18, 2005, at the Hermitage Nursing Home. Her husband, Otto A. Wilke, died in 1977. She leaves daughter and son-in-law, Jane E. and Michael Yaffee of CT; a sister, Lillian Karn of FL; 2 grandsons, David and Daniel, and many nieces and nephews.

She was born in Bremerhaven, Germany, daughter of Otto and Teresa (Rosenbusch) Angermann and moved to Worcester in 1920. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and its Eunice Circle, the Mechanic's Hall Assoc., and the Germania Social Club.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, April 25, in Christ Chapel, Trinity Lutheran Church. Burial will be private in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Please omit flowers. Donations may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church Memorial Fund, 73 Lancaster St, Worcester MA 01609. Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln St. is directing arrangements.
