Obituary

Ashley F. Kenadek, 15, of Worcester died on Tuesday, December 30, 2003, in UMass Memorial Hospital. Ashley was diagnosed with Rett's Syndrome shortly after birth. She was the beloved daughter of Susan and Joseph Kenadek and loving sister to Katrina Kenadek and Joseph Kenadek, Jr., all of Worcester. She also leaves her maternal grandparents, Ronald and Bev Prefontaine and Margaret Prefontaine, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Her one-on-one aide, Lori Vivlamore, provided her with loving care for many years.

Ashley loved music. She was a student at Sullivan Middle School. She was loved by many and will be missed by all. Although she couldn't communicate with words, her big blue eyes and loving smile spoke volumes and brought joy to all of those who knew her.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 2, at 10:00 a.m. in the First Assembly of God Church, 30 Tyler Prentice Road, Worcester. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery. Calling hours are Thursday, January 1, from 6-9 p.m. at the First Assembly of God Church. Flowers may be sent or donations may be made to the donor's choice.
