Obituary

Northborough—Areti Jeas, 96, died Monday, March 13, 2006, at home. Her husband, Costas Jeas died in 1980. She leaves 2 sons, Col. (USAF-ret.) William C. Jeas and wife Irene of Northborough and George Jeas and wife Ann of Boston; 2 grandsons, Dean Jeas of Bedford, NH and Andrew Jeas of Boston; and 1 great-granddaughter, Katherine Jeas. Formerly of Worcester and S. Yarmouth, she moved to the U.S. from Greece in 1936. She was a member of St. Spyridon Greek Orthodox Cathedral in Worcester.

A graveside funeral service will be held at 11:15 a.m. Thursday, March 16, at Hope Cemetery. Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln St. Worcester, is directing arrangements.
