Obituary

Guilford, CT—Anna M. (Landgren) Swenson, 90, died Tuesday, June 6, 2006, in her home. Her husband of many years, Malte Swenson, died in 1997. She leaves a son, Glenn M. Swenson and his wife, Janet, of Madison, CT; 2 granddaughters, Dawn Swenson of Guilford and Dana Weinstein of Madison, CT; 2 great-grandchildren, Daniel and Ellen Weinstein; and several nieces & nephews. She was predeceased by a sister, Shirley Anderson, a brother, Leonard Landgren, and a grandson, Dean Swenson (1978). Anna was born in Worcester, daughter of Carl E. and Ellen M. (Nystrom) Landgren. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church. She loved dancing at SAC Park, enjoyed 2 weeks at the Cape every summer, and she was always there for her family and loved ones.

Funeral services will be held in Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln Street, Worcester, MA, Saturday, June 10, at 2 p.m. Burial will follow in All Faiths Cemetery.
