Obituary

Worcester: Ann Persson, 66, passed away on Tuesday, July 14, 2020 in St. Vincent Hospital. She leaves her husband of 49 years, John S. Persson; Two sons and their spouses Timothy and Nicole (Casello) Persson; , Carl and Amie Persson a daughter Lisa Persson and her better half Tom McCarthy a sister and brother in-law Cheryl and Doug Judd and brother Jim Roach .She also leaves her 10 loving grand children Taylor, Jeffrey, Andrew, Ella , Caitlin, Gabrielle, Steven, Sara, John , and Drago

Ann was born in Worcester, daughter of the late James and Marie (Blanchard) Roach. After graduating from high school. She worked in the mental health field before dedicated her life to help raise her grandchildren. She enjoyed summers at her and John's little piece of Cape Cod and winters in Florida but she mostly enjoyed spoiling her grand children and many vacations to Disney World.

A private service will be held on Monday, July 20, 2020 from 5-7 p.m. in Nordgren Memorial Chapel 300 Lincoln St. Worcester. In lieu of flowers, donations in Ann's memory may be made to the American Heart Association. For directions or to leave an online condolence message, please click link.
