Ann M. (Higgins) Munro, 89
Worcester-Ann M. Munro passed away peacefully Tuesday, February 2, 2010, in Legend Center in Gardner. Her husband, Albin T. Munro, died in 2006. She leaves her son, Martin Munro; a brother, Raymond Higgins; a sister-in-law, Olive Nichols; three nieces, Candie Bowman and Sharon and Karen Klinkos; and two nephews, Bobby and Paul Klinkos.

Ann was born in Worcester, daughter of Edith (Holmes) and Oscar Higgins. She was a graduate of Worcester Trade School and worked at the Pheiffer Shoe Factory for 8 years. Ann loved animals and also enjoyed taking long walks, bicycling, and sewing.

The graveside funeral service under the direction of Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln Street will be held at Rural Cemetery, 180 Grove Street, Worcester at 10:00 a.m., Friday, February 5.
