Obituary

Worcester: Angel L Rivera, Sr., 65, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 15, 2024 at home surrounded by his loving family following an illness. He leaves his companion of over 17 years Ada Davies; sons Angel L Rivera, Jr and step son Jose Santiago, his loving granddaughter Natalia, along with a large extended family and friends.

Angel was born in Adjuntas, PR, son of the late Miguel Rivera and Genoveva Dejesus. He worked in the construction industry for many years. He enjoyed playing video games, and scratch tickets on his free time. He will be remembered as a jack of all trades who was willing to help anyone in need. Angel had a big personality and could make anyone laugh. His infectious laugh will be missed.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 from 10 a.m.- 12 noon in St. Joan of Arc Church 570 Lincoln St. Worcester. A funeral Mass will follow at 12 noon at the church. Burial will follow in Hope Cemetery. Nordgren Memorial Chapel 300 Lincoln St. Worcester is assisting the family with arrangements.
