Obituary

Worcester - Alphonse Balchunas, 89, of Dodge Park Rest Home died peacefully July 14, 2010. He was born in Worcester, son of Peter and Anna S. (Sakatauskas) Balchunas. He leaves his brother Edward Balchunas of FL. He was a 1940 graduate of North High and a WWII Army Veteran. He was an amateur radio enthusiast and was proud of his Lithuanian heritage. Private burial will be in Rural Cemetery. Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln Street directed arrangements.
