Obituary

Shrewsbury—Alice (Surabian) Christie, 83, died on Saturday, March 18, 2006, at the Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital, Westboro. She leaves her husband, William; two sons, David and his wife Joanne of Sutton and Donald and his wife Cheri of Holden; and four grandchildren. Alice was born in Worcester, daughter of Mitchell and Araxie (Manoogian) Surabian. After graduating from the Worcester Girls Trade School, she worked for General Electric for 17 years before marrying. Funeral services are private. Donations may be made to a charity of the donor's choice. Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln Street, Worcester is directing arrangements.
