Obituary

Worcester - Alan F. Mosso, 77, passed away Wed., Aug. 15, 2012. His wife of over 50 years, Carol A. (Garrepy) Mosso, passed away in July. He leaves his children Cheryl Johnson, Francis Mosso, Joseph Mosso, David Mosso, and Kelly Lovely. His daughter, Cynthia, died in 2011. He also leaves his brother, Richard Mosso; sister, Jane Pratte; 15 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren. Born in Worcester, he was the son of Roland and Arline (Gilmore) Mosso. He graduated from North High and Worcester Junior College. Alan was an Eagle Scout. He retired from his job as head mechanic at Clark University. Alan was a member of the Auburn Elks Lodge #2118.


Service Information:

Calling Hours will be held at Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln Street, Worcester on Sunday, August 19, 2012, from 4-5:30 pm. A memorial service follows at 5:30pm.

The Graveside service and burial will be at Howard Street Cemetery, Northborough, Monday, August 20, 2012, at 11am. You may meet at the cemetery or arrive at Nordgren Memorial Chapel between 10 and 10:30 to drive in procession.
