Obituary

Worcester/Holden: Agnes G. "Bib" (Larson) Rogers, 86, passed away peacefully at Odd Fellows Nursing Home on Friday, January 7, 2011. She leaves a sister and brother-in-law, Esther and James Wood of Rutland; a sister-in-law, Terry Larson of Boylston; a nephew, Lawrence Wood of Worcester; a niece Sheila Larson Kosewski of Falmouth; and several great nieces. She was predeceased by her husband, Eugene Rogers, in 1979; a brother, Paul Larson; and a nephew, Robert Larson.
Agnes was born in Worcester, daughter of Herman and Emma (Hjort) Larson. She graduated from Holden High School and did clerical work for Heald Machine Co. and Cincinnati Milacron for many years. She was a member of Greendale Peoples Church.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday January 22, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to JHC Hospice, 629 Salisbury St., Worcester, MA 01609. The family has entrusted Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln St., Worcester with arrangements.
