Obituary

Worcester: A. Marjorie (Nelson) Taylor, of 485 Grove Street, passed away on Tuesday, January 17, 2017, in Oakdale Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center in West Boylston. She leaves her son, John W. Taylor of Fortuna, CA; five grandchildren, Michael Taylor, Steven (Michelle) Taylor, David Taylor, James Taylor, and Lisa (William) Martinez; 12 great-grandchildren; 1 great, great-granddaughter; a brother, George Nelson; 4 sisters, Ethel Lambos, Violet Jablonski, Virginia Mason, and Shirley Mondor; as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, John H. Taylor; her father, Conrad W. Nelson; her mother, Syster E. (Johansson) Anderson; a sister, Barbara Dion; and a brother, William Nelson.

She was born and raised in Worcester and attended Commerce High School. Marjorie worked as an inspector at the Harrington-Richardson Arms Company. She enjoyed crocheting and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
